As part of Theo Randall’s new menu design The interior design had a refurbishment required to bring a different focus on the current restaurant offer.

The new restaurant pays subtle homage to Italian references through materials such as Terrazzo floor tiles and Carrera marble, as well as muted green olive and grey tones, which are a nod to the Italian countryside palette.

The original space has been split into more intimate zones, which have been separated with anodised brass screens to allow for flow while maintaining privacy. Tailor-made rounded chairs and sofa-like seating create a soft and inviting space. A mix of oak and Carrera marble dining tables in various sizes offer flexible dining configurations and provide a natural contrast to the comfort of the seating. Bespoke lighting has been introduced to help define the different spaces and adjust the restaurant from day to night. The refresh also sees the installation of a new high level Kitchen Table designed for up to eight, which looks straight into the heart of the kitchen. A tasting menu created 24 hours beforehand guarantees a seasonal and unique dining experience.
