Develop the brand for an existing Fine Thai concept.

A contemporary interpretation of Thai culture through the use of traditional material and colour palettes.

The design of the restaurants echoes the food – mixing the traditional with the modern. From the royal sapphire blue interiors, contrasting with a neutral grey marble adorning the walls and floors. Bespoke trough lighting and tear drop pendants taking reference from the Thai Loi Krathong festival define the key dining zones within the space. These are complemented by carved limestone panels representing the nine auspicious trees familiar to Thai culture, each with their own belief. These panels form the centre piece of the Berners street dining room and define what has become the flagship restaurant for the brand.
